How it Works

Buying a property in Cyprus is very easy compared to other countries as the legal system is very similar to ours.

First you need to place your deposit on the villa/apartment you wish to buy.This normally is in the region of £2000.00 depending on the size of your property which is fully refundable if you do not wish to proceed after your inspection trip.

After this you will need to arrange your flights to Paphos airport where we will arrange free airport transfer to the Royal Coral Bay Hotel.We will provide you with 3 nights accommodation free of charge giving you ample time to visit the St George Hills development.

If  you wish to proceed you will need to instruct a Solicitor who will take care of all the legal work for you.The cost of this depends on the price of the property and ranges from £1000.00 to £2500.00.

Cyprus Property Homes can put you in touch with a UK based solicitor we have used ourselves and would fully recommend.After this your solicitors will liase with ourselves and our office in Paphos to draw up a contract and to arrange the mortgage if needed.

Once this has been done a deposit of 15% will be required. Basically that is it, all you need to do is wait and watch you property increase in value by 10-15% per year while the development is being built.
